The question is very interesting... So According to me, Everybody wants to have more income inspite of the source...Similarly Govt. will earn more income if the assessee is male..& If Bobby darling calculate his/her income as female than there will be a chance of scrutiny regarding that whether the assessee has to compute his/her income as male or female--same question will arise again..so its better to avoid future tension & to pay more tax at the time of filling original return..Hence Bobby darling must fill his return as per the male slab rate.
Basically Bobby Darling's original name is Pankaj Sharma & 1st he was boy, as per his biography in google..so he must fill his return as per the male slab rate.
