I want to know can we fill revised return U/S 139(5) if the ITR V is not send on time i.e 120 days of filling of Original Return U/S 139(1) and same is transferred to A.O after sending the above ITR V and the Original Return has some mistake related to TDS Details. This Return related to Salary Employee.

No. Because time period for filing revised return for AY 2010-11 has elapsed!!
Hi, is there any other way to get out from this situation because case is transferred to AO.
If you insist, can request for rectification u/s. 154 (without reference number) to ITO.
