late returns

Can we file returns for last 3 assessment years in this year?? If yes is there any penalty clause and if no why??

You can't file return for last 3 assessment years online since due date to file is over. In case you have received notice for non filing of return you can file manual return with officer.

You can't file belated return for previous year.
