I have filled nill return of month July 2017. I was unable to file gstr1 July.

but right now , GST portal not giving option to file gstr1 of July. so it is by force govt taking more late fee. it should must change. may be some one fail to file but it doesn't mean that you can't file upto 31st Oct gstr1. it is not good.
