Please tell me the lafe fine charges if the service tax return does not file on time for the FY 2011-12

Due date of filing of return :
For period of Apr to Sept - 25th Oct
For Perios Oct to Mar - 25th Apr
Delay of <15 days from the due date, penalty = Rs.500/-
Delay of >15 days & <30 days = Rs.1000/-
>30 Days = Rs.1000 + Rs.100 for every day from the 31st day till the date of furnishing of return. subject to a max amount of Rs. 20,000/-
Also where the gross amount of services provided is Nil & CEO is satisfied that there is sufficient reason to not file the return, he may reduce/ waive such penalty.
