Late filling of income tax return refund
Dear friends,
One of client who is not filled the income tax return last 3 AY. And each year he has refund as per form 16.Can he get refund on late filling of income tax return???.if yes, pls tell me how many years he can get refund??

AY 2014-15 can be filed untill 31/03/2016 . AY 2015-16 can be filed now.
Both the returns cannot be revised
For AY 2013-14 you should apply to CIT thro ur jurisdiction AO for condonation of delay in filing return with good reason as per circular no 9/2015 datd 9/06/2015.
