I have just cone to know that Gstr1 has to be filed before the 10th of every subsequent month .
So gstr 1 has to be filed for the month of May before 10th June.
but I am travelling and will be back to work only after 15th of June.
Beside late fee and penalty which is ok I have been made aware by someone that late filing of gstr1 results in my buyers not getting input credit as I have filed it late.
is it correct? worried on that.
No... It's not correct...
Buyer can avail the ITC benefits upto 1year from the date of Purchase... So, they can avail the ITC benefits as per Your filing and Payment* status with in the periods...
And One think.,
The GSTR 2 is not available now Upto June. So, Buyers can follow with GSTR 3B and it's date 20th of the subsequent month...
So, No way for worries 😊😊😊😊
