hi please

I will file the gstr 25 and I will liable to pay late fees for RS 50/- per day and
also paying interest ? please tell how to calculate interest
please could you tell me

If return is filled with in 15days from due date then no interest
if before 24th of any month from due date then 9%
and after 24th of any month from due date then 18%

You have to pay Interest @ 18% from due date to date of filing

The formula to calculate interest is 18% from the due date of filing of return. Say due date was 20 and you have filed return on 25th. In this case interest will be 18 divide by 100 multiplied by 5 (25-20) divide by 365 (no of days in a year) multiplied by the amount of liability to be paid.
