It can not be filed. However you have to pay your current month's late fee in following month.

If you are not filing returns before the due date, you are liable to pay late fee Rs50 per day for both act and Rs 20 per day for nil returns.

AND IF GSTR_3B IS NIL SO 20 PER DAY PER HEAD
