Dear sir,
I have late filing of GSTR 3B nil return for month of Aug and Sep in 27.12.2017
Now I want to know what is my late fees amount?
And in which challan column we used for make payment of such late fees? Fees column or penalty column?.

Late fee for the months of Jul - Sep has been waived, hence no requirement of late for these months. When ever you are paying late you reflect the amount in fee column in the challan

When we filing gstr 4( comp in) for 3 quarter nil return, after submit gstr 4, the late fees column reflecting 1700 rs liabity,

Please advise me what should I do? Should I pay late fee for July and Sep 17 GSTR 3b, because gstr 4 for 3rd qtr filing is not allowing
