Today I have nil return of gstr 3b filed for the month of October
To Feb. Before return filing of respective month it first asked for payment of late fees, then go on.
I did that means paid the amount whatever portal asking and having successfully filed, also cleared all the late fees of respective month
Now I have filed nil return of gstr 3b for the march month, it asking 280 late fee payment,
But mar due date is 20th Apr 2018, but why it asked for payment of mar gstr 3b
Please clear this issue

February Late fee Calculated at the time of Filing the date and It's shown in March GSTR 3B return..
If You are filed the GSTR 3B for the month of March and it's later then the late fee shown in April month return...

Yes , Raja Ji correct the late fee ask by portal to deposit is in ur subsequent month filing return time
Can I file the GSTR-3B wih deposit due Tax But Without deposit Interest on late deposition of tax ??
It is previous month late fee
also late fee penalty for Central 10Rs. per day and State 10 Rs. per day.
