dear expert

kindly advise me the late fees of Oct and onwords return

as per my knowledge, gov can take maximum 5000 rs late fess per return

this is true ?

I hv pending return from Oct to today

I hv sold exempt commodity

is it is true and for the betterment October you do not need to pay late fees and for the remaining ones you have to pay 100 Rupees per day and 5000 whichever is lower
