i have a doubt regarding late fees payment in gst
i have paid late fees for a regular gst dealer and i got a reversal in further period.
is it the same for composition also ?

yes , of course , composite declare is also a registered dealer

Yes... The composition dealer can get refund of late fee if given any order from CBEC...
