Late fees on Dividend Distribution Tax

Hello Everyone,

One of my clients declared and paid dividend for 2019-20 in March' 20 itself but has not deposited DDT till now....what will be the consequences????

Will the late fees @ 1% p.m. has to be paid or it is waived off due to lockdown.....please reply
