Late Fees Not Auto Offset from Cash Ledger

1) Late Fees Payable :-  CGST - 1000/-  and SGST - 1000/-

2) Available balance in Cash Ledger : CGST - 5000/- and SGST - 5000/-

But at the time of Offset ..........

Showing : Additional Cash Requirement for pay Tax -- CGST -1000/- and SGST - 1000/-

Question: If have sufficient cash balance , then why need another Cash Deposit for Late Fees ??

Your cash balance may be in tax head instead of fees head...
your me transfer your cash balance from tax head to fees head by filing form pmt 09
