it's a good technique adopted by GST council to earn more and more from default people. They generated crores of money by Knowing that 80% of people of India will always file their return only after due date.

if the return filed on before due date it's also comes late filing fee
it is for previous month

no, but I have only pending is GSTR 1 for the month of July , for that a late filing fee of 200 comes in September
