whether charged the late fees for delay submission of gstr1?

Late fee for GSTR-1 is 50 per day and max fee can be 5,000.

Revised Late Fees for GSTR 1 is Rs 50 per day i.e. Rs.25 CGST & Rs.25 SGST , however this late fees can not exceed Rs.5000
