Late fees for form 5

Hi members..

Can anyone please tell me what is the late fees for filing Form 5 and what are the consequences if it is not filed within the stipulated time??

Late fees depends on whether u r filing form 5 for incr of authorised capital or division of nominal value...got to mca site and click on calcuta fees column...enter all the relevant details and you will be able to know the fees

I visited the website and checked the late fees.

But the basis of calculation of late fees is not clear...

Can you please explain the calcutaion??

basis of calculation depnds on increased amount of Authorised capital and the date of EGM , normally effect from the capital is increased. Rest u can check from calcuate fee options. AND also check the stamp duty fees. If the company belongs to DELHI - Dont pay the Stamp Duty.
