Late fees for Feb mar Apr shall also be deemed to be waived as nothing such is mentioned in todays press release

It will be levied.. since there was condition waiver of late fee i.e. if returns are filed on or before specified date only then late fee will be waived. If filed post specified dates, late fee will be levied. It may not be possible to construe that late fee is waived since nothing is mentioned
