late fees

Good evening sir,
I have filed 3b for the month of February 2018 by two days late.but I didn't pay late fee.
Now I have to file 3b for the month of March 2018. With the late fees of last month.but while I open the dashboard and select the 3b for the month of March then a message for late fees displays and questions options doesn't activate.
Please guide me how to pay late fee
