August gstr 3B late fees waived or not ?

you have to pay 200 per day after 20th sept
if you have not filed file it immediately
one of my customer paid 1600 as late fee
here turnover means all income
No latee fee charged in august 3B now. Same ie waived.
Really? Most of my clients have paid late fee in thousands. Will it be refunded?

Late fee is required. Late fee counted Rs. 1200 (600+600) and not increased this amount...

Till now it is news that same will be credited but i m not confirmed about that
today I am able to file the 3B return without late fee but 3 days back paid a late fee of 1800 & I think they have stopped collecting late fees..
Yes i am saying the same. No late fee charged from Sunday.
