if turnover more than 1.5 Crore than late fees 100 per day is it true ?

No... late fee is not computed on basis of Turnover.
As per Notification 4/2018 CT :
: It's 20/- per Day (CGST 10 + SGST 10) for Nil Return
:It's 50 /- Per Day (CGST 25 + SGST 25) For return with data
