Yes ,there will be a late fee that amounts to Rs 50 per day. For nil return it is 20 per day.

Yes, it shall be Rs. 200 per day. It is important to note that the reduced late filing fee of Rs. 50 and 20 is only provided for GSTR 3B and not for GSTR 1.

Hi,
Note that the maximum late fees that can be charged cannot exceed Rs 5,000.
