i not fill my SEP gstr3b till today, but i have not any tax liability & now when i feel it its show some last fee. so pls tell their is any late fee or not on late submission of gstr3b

If showing late fee in your return Form then Pay and file...
Also it ll be waived and Reflect in your Cash ledger
