I am filling GSTR 3B for the month of jan 2020, where I am getting late of 2600(which is late fee relating to december return), I read a notification saying late fee is waived off, then why I am getting this late fee.

Whether it's for the month of December or January?
Late fee of december., while filing jan return.. late fee of december will be paid right
Waive period was upto 24-06-2020, after this period u have to pay penalty
There is a recent circular saying, late fee is caped upto 500 for all returns from july 2017 to june 2020. but still am getting late fee of 2600
