Could you please anybody confirm,is table number 5.1 to fill the late fee for GSTR 3B? If so, there is two columns in that page,one is interest & other is late fees. Late fees column is deactivate. Shall we fill it in interest column.

No, Interest amount if any then you have to fill the details in interest otherwise submit your form after that pay your late fee showed under payment details via challan and offset the liability.
