is there any liability for nil gst 3b for jun 2019 to till date ?

The government has capped the maximum late fee for filing GSTR3B return for the tax period from July2017 to july 2020.at Rs. 500. There will be ZERO late fee for those with NO tax liability during this period.

No, there is no late fees upto Jul 2020 for Nil returns

The government has limit the maximum late fee for filing GSTR3B return for the tax period from July2017 to july 2020.at Rs. 500 ( 250 CGST + 250 SGST).
There will be ZERO late fee for those with NIL tax liability (Nil return) during this period.
