I have filed GSTR-1 for 3rdquarter of a taxpayer on 16.02.2018 i.e. one day after due date. Is there any late fee for this?

yes late fees is paybel for late filling of gstr 1 similar to gstr 3b

In GSTR-1 there is no table for late fee. I have filed 3B for Jan. 2018 today, nothing showing in return filining liablities.

Yes, Rs.50 (25 + 25) per day. However, in case of nil return, late fee shall be Rs.20 (10+10) per day.

In GSTR-1 for 3rd quarter there are 60 invoices. Though no tax has been paid in cash since July 2017 as sufficient ITC is available on account of purchase.
