Late fee for August

Now site is starting charging late fee for the month of August for period of of difference between filing and submission. Pl guide

site is charging late fee only if your August return is not filed with in due date of August return I.e 20th sep.
means if august return is filed today on 17th Oct then late fees would be 2700+2700 filed

It's very cheat and fradulant activities... GSTN is based in Non-Profit concern. But, these very bad activities...

I'm not like this.
Whose mistake for without collection this on August filing...?

If systems error then why they collect Upto current date...?

when the taxpayers filed his August month return. They ll be collect 21st to Filed date. This is reasonable in my view...

But, 21st September to current date is very fake and Looting...

Dear Sir.,

I have jus 20 to 25 clients only. Also they all are small tax payers except 2 clients...

I don't know the way for reply. These clients are not like this and argument to me...

What can I do...?!!!

Dear Raja,

I understand you difficulties.......... but situation is same for all consultants..........

Try to comply maximum compliances within time limit.......... though limited resources, which may not be possible to fulfill completely........... But no other alternative..........

It is only when Modiji will come to notice the same personally, things will be solved.........

Till then try to convince the clients............ Good luck....
