if you are not file return for July, 2017 to September, 2018, file return without late fees

yes, you can avail benefit of waive late fees till September, 2018 return if you file all returns before 31.03.19

thank sir but portal is not disigned according to waived will it be disigned or late fee will be deposited and refund will be claimed

It's a one time AMNESTY SCHEME Sir for those who have not filed Returns from July 2017 to September 2018 and want to exit from the GST Net but was not able to since they had late fees accrued in their return.
