I have filed gstr3b for the month of february but i didn't pay late fee. for 2 days

now how to pay that late fee

at the time of filing gstr3b for the month of March

Fill & submit return normally t
late fee is auto populated in March 3B.

No need to worry...

You can go to file Your GSTR 3B return for the month of March. The previous month late fee is autopopulated in Your March GSTR 3B return.
