late fee start in gstr 3b jan..
its reflected in jan 3b but if you submit your 3b before deducted date (not confirm( then its reflect in your gstr 3b feb

from jul-sep no late fee for gstr 1
from oct-dec late fee applicable

Don't be confused Querist in here and All other Forums without any proof...
Bcoz, In end of assessment You can't pay any penalties in Your pocket. Payable by the Assessee....

i am not confuse anyone.. go and check if you active on portal.. late fee reflected there for gstr 1 ...

Active or Inactive.... Checking it Without Checking... Like or Unlike.... Anything Nobody give details without any notifications or order or Press release... You are not a GSTN responsible person will surety....

OMG.... If you have many much more filings and active in every minutes in GSTN then why you msg continued in this... This not a proof...
Also I don't have any clients... Enjoy Yourself with Your Own attitude. Don't be Convert / Leave Your attitude to Others...
