what is the due date of filling tds of last quarter jan to march 20 april 30 or may 30

As per my view it will be extend to 30th June 20
But actual due date of filling is may 31 ?
Yes May 31. But may be extended to June 30.

But, as per recent press release by Dept of Commerce the date will be extend to 30th Jun-2020...

Better to see the press release by dept of commerce...
The due date for filing of TDS return for Q4 of FY 19-20 is 31st May 2020.
As for now, no extension has been given but it is expected to be extended.
