I have cleared group1 of PCE in Novemeber 2011...If i convert to IPCC do I have to appear for both the groups or do i have to give only the papers that i have not passed in 2nd group of PCC...
Also will my group1 exemption be valid for an indefinite period of time if by any chance i have to switchover to IPCC after Novemeber 12 attempt???

Hi.. U will have to right 1ly the remaining papers in ur 2nd grp of pcc.. Means Costing, Tax n IT&SM have to be written and cleared. Since they r in diff grps of ipcc I think they'll consider whatever marks u hav scored earlier to calculate the aggregate marks of ipce.... Since u have 2 more attempts remaining in pcc I wud suggest u not to switch over to ipcc n concentrate on clearing 2nd grp of pce.. Adv wishes......
I m Pcc student, I have exempted in Accounts[Paper-1] and costing & FM[Paper-4] Subject in November-2011. Now ICAI announced that last examination of PCC will be held November-2012 after that it will not will be held. If I m not cleared in November-2012 then Can I claim exemption in May-2013 in IPCC scheme. Please give proper guidence.
