Last date to register for itt and op

Hello,

I am bit confused as no people or institute around me are providing correct information regarding ITT and OP registration last date and also the correct eligibiity criteria for IPCC inter NOV 2016 exam with latest amendements. Few of the insttiutes are just asking to register for IPCC exam without asking for ITT OP and articleship . Please clear my doubt, so I can start my preparation and also register for IPCC on or before 1st Feb 2016.
