Please Inform the Last Date for Filing the 44AB Audit Report and Return of Income for the Asst.Year 2008-2009, If files After the due date how much penalty is liable to pay is there any chance to waive the penalty please inform me at the earliest

Can i file ITR of 2008-09 in Nov-Dec 2008

It is not about auditee or non auditee as per sec 139(1) for company and auditee asessee it is 30 sep of A/Y

for Assesee covered in first proviso of sec 139(1) i.e asessees fulfilling any of the 6 conditions mentioned there it is 31st Oct

For all the others it is 31st July

what penalty . for example 2008-09 turnovor is 70lac incase what is the last panlty amount and what is last date of submission with panalty
