plz can any one tell me what is the last date of CA final enrollment for the student who cleared there CAPCE in tis june2009.

It's confirmed that there is no such last date.

I have been terrible situation due to transfer rule and ofcourse my stupidity that i have not been able to register for finals though i cleared my pcc in nov 08.

I have repeatedly confirmed it from ahbad, mumbai and delhi institutes that there is no such last date and there wll not be any last date. You have to register urself before u feel up your exam form.
