Hi as per the recent MCA circulars what is the last date for holding Annual General Meeting for the FY-20-21 for private limited companies.

Companies which can not hold agm by due date i.e. 30th September the date has been extended to 30th November 2021 and it is for all not only for pvt ltd añf there is no need to file form for seeking approval from central government
