in karnataka it is 31st December no extensions are made.

30 oct is the last date for the vat return
For maharashtra its 31st Jan - efiling of vat audit report is compulsory
are you sure that 31st jan is last date for vat audit report filing in maharashtra if you have the circular please post it or the source from where you get to know this date
