Dear All,

I am working in a Pvt. Co. & Last year I have other incomes too (i.e. Interest & Professional Income) now I have to file ITR IV but the company from I have received Interest is not yet filled their TDS return. So If I have a Income tax refund in my net income (after all the incomes) what is the last date for submitting the ITR to get refund.

If the last date is 31st July & the TDS return is not filled by the deducting co. than what is the date for me to file the return & get the refund.

Please assisst.
