PLS CHECK ATTACHEDFILE WHIC CONTAINS HIGHLY IMP SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT WHICH SAYS LOSSESS UNDER SEC70 OR 71 CANNOT BE SET OFF AGAINST INCOME DISCLOSED DURING SURVEY.

Let us accept the 6th head of income..as a very very special head.

i.e. ..Deemed Income

....which is ...

1. not covered by Section 14.

2. not accepting set off and c/fd provisions.

Sirjiii It dept has already incorporated it but v dont know directly as such deeming fiction is strecthed throught the act in various provisons of income tax act.

Further,sometimes wat is legally allowed to be set off but AO tries variety of tactics to disallow it even in genuine cases.
