Mu urban agriculture land has been acquired under the new acquisition act, 2013 (RAFCTLARR, Act), the compensation amount I received also included interest.
Is the interest amount received taxable?

If interest is releated to sec 34 of RAFCTLARR, ACT then it will be exempt, if interest is releted sec 18 then taxable under ifos
