If a person is having land valued at 25 lacs in his balance sheet then whether it will remian of the same value over a period of years or will it apprecaite or depareciate??? In either of cases pls let me know the percentage at which it will appreciate or depreaite!!!
Mostly in case of land in normal condition ther is always appreaciation of value because of acute shortage.
% of appreciation/depreciation- depends on factors lik location of land, its market value,use of land,availability of resources-man,power,money,banksetc.
