I have given labour contract who is not registered in GST and giving 15,00,000 to 10 persons How much Rate of tax to be paid in RCM and one non registered person getting upto labour contract for Rs. 6000000/- how to pay tax in rcm in which rate someone saying pay in 5% and some on is saying in 18% [Pure Labour No Material Involved ]
