30 October 2017I have question regarding gst on labour charges.
My client has plumbing service business. He provide the service then he paid to the gst, so if it is possible to RCM available for amount which he paid to his laobur as salary.
If yes, then it is 18% or not.

As Salary- GST not applicable....
As Contract/Labour Contract Charges then RCM applicable before 13/10/2017
Analysis of 20 GST Notices (including 2 Appeals) and Practise on Drafting(with recording)
