Labour bill received from non gst tax payer

if we received bill of labour from unregistered supplier. we have to pay the tax , or shall it treated as reverse charge? upto 5000 it is exampted? so from 5001 it is applicable.

RCM suspended till 30.06.18, not required to pay tax

Till 30 June no tax is to be paid for RCM u/s 9(4) I.e purchase from unregistered dealer....

Any purchases from URD will be treated as exempted inward supply , no rcm till 30/6/2018

thanks for your concern. so upto 30.6.18 we should not to show any RCM in 3b gst return

Yes...
It's mean .,
RCM not applicable As per sec 9(4) of CGST act related activities like URD inwards from 13th October to 30th June 2018...

But,

Sec 9(3) of CGST act related RCM is still applicable like GTA services, Advocate Services and etc...
