Dear All

We are Chandigarh based company, having TIN number of Chandigarh. We have our office in Bangalore but not registered here since we do not deal in purchase/sales.

We provide services of cranes rental(machinery hire/lease) to EPC companies at various sites.

Could you all please help me to let the procedures to bring our machines which are in other states like AP, Gujarat into Karnataka. We have equipment in Karnataka which we are planning to move inter-state, but at check post; would require to present E-sugam. Most of times, our clients give us waybill or E-sugam but what in case they also not registered since they will work here to complete the job and then left which is like 6-8 months period.

Is there any way to skip from penetly or any way from where I can get temp E-sugam like any consult or third party?

That is what I did last time, but authorities were not accepting it and asked us pay penalty. The machine we were transporting inter-state.

I spoke to one of our client, where he told me that to get e-sugam, they have to pay 2% of contract job. So even they are doing drama to give us from their end.

Also sometimes, when we have to bring machine for repair work into Karntaka, we face most of problems.

otherwise you will apply new TIN no in respective location of same company . and you can mention the same as stock transfer . from one company to another company.,

Some company ther are doing like that only who have the branch office in other location.
