The Krishi Bikas Cess @ 0.5 percent will be applicable from 01 June 2016 but what is the "accounting code" for the Cess. When will it be notified ?

It will be applicable from 01/06/2016 if Finance Bill is passed.
Accounting Code will also be notified after passing the Finance Bill.
