Once 109 send to institute it cannot be cancelled as process is done in computerised environment.

I thank anshul for his advice..his advice brings hope..As others said I think you can get a back dated registration.

To my knowledge my advice is since you have been terminated take a fresh articles form and frank it as soon as possible... since joining date can never before franking date..

What happened is happened but try to join a firm( may be small) in which principal gives prefernce to exams..so that you can avoid delay in future.
