An outstanding Invoice dated 31st Jan 2016 is also applicable for KKC.

The point of taxation is earlier of
- Date of Issue of Invoice or
- Date of receipt of advance
So You should have paid the service tax on the Invoice dated 31st Jan 2016 on 31st jan only so no need to pay service tax again.
As per Rule 5 of Point of Taxation Rules, 2011, KKC would be applicable on amount outstanding on 31/05/16
